
Flooring is the common term for a stable covering of a floor, or for the work of fixing such a floor covering. Floor covering is a term to commonly explain any finish material put over a floor structure to offer a walking surface. Both terms are used identically but floor covering refers more to movable-placed materials.
Materials approximately always classified as floor covering contain carpet, area rugs, and flexible flooring such as linoleum or vinyl flooring. Materials usually called flooring consist of wood flooring, terrazzo, stone, ceramic tile, and a variety of seamless chemical floor coatings.

Soft coverings-
Carpet is a floor covering made from natural or man-made fibers. Fixed carpet is attached to the floor arrangement, expands wall-to-wall, and cannot be stimulated from place to place. An underlay can expand carpet life and advance relieve.
Wood flooring-
Many dissimilar species of wood are made-up into wood flooring in two primary forms: plank and parquet. Hardwoods are usually much more resilient than softwoods. Reclaimed lumber has a unique look and is green.
